It’s hard to fit in working out when you have a full time job or kids (or both)… or classes and homework, or well, pretty much any kind of busy life. But working out is a great energy booster for your body. The secret to staying fit and healthy is to find ways to work healthy habits into your lifestyle. Build up to it, if you need to. If you can fit a few 10 minute work outs into your schedule you can work your way up to a full hour. Here’s a fun ab workout video. It isn’t yoga, and it starts out with a funny clip of a stuffed animal, but then it becomes a light abs work out (there’s a higher intensity workout link at the end).
